Designed and instructed by Zac Chalmers, the series of classes take you through strength and combat drills that will train your mind and body to FIGHT instead of FREEZE!

Classes begin in January 29, 2019 and run Tuesdays and Thursdays 7 - 8pm for 6 weeks.
