My first time training with Zac, I thought I was going to die. I was very out of shape and told him I couldn’t keep up. He told me to ‘shut the f#%* up and keep moving’. After that, I shut the f#%* up and kept moving two days a week, then three days a week, then four, then five. Since 2010, I’ve been working out at Smash five days a week, pushing tires and lifting weights in an army-style gym with loud music. It’s not fun or easy, but it’s what got me in the best shape of my life and continues to keep me stronger than I ever though possible. And the biggest part of ‘it’ is Zac. He cares, and he knows his stuff.
