Self Defence Classes

Self Defence runs Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7 - 8pm for 6 weeks. Designed and instructed by Zac Chalmers, the series of classes take you through strength and combat drills that will train your mind and body to FIGHT instead of FREEZE!

Adults only. Self defence for age 7-12 begin March 2019.
