Directions:

Enter barracks off Richardson way(that’s the road between Mru and the barracks) There are signs pointing to wild rose brewery. Follow those. Drive north past the WR brewery and Stay on that road until you get to the far north end T. Turn left. Hochwald ave. Go to the end of that road. Building F1 will be right there. Go to the west end of the building and go through the gate in to the back parking lot. It’s the last bay on the left. Bay5

    One on one, and small private groups

    – *note…may receive referrals to other specialists, if the required service is out of my scope of practice. That being said, I do have an extensive list of experts to refer to in the various fields of health and wellness.  

     

  • 3 month training and nutrition program 
    $600
    – 4 hours “one on one”
    – Strength/Conditioning/Nutrition program to be updated monthly. 
    Initial session is 2 hours (1 hour consult immediately followed by a 1 hour training session)
    – Followed by 1 private training session, per month for the next 2 months. 
     
     
    6 month training and nutrition program 
    $900
    – 7 hours “one on one”
    – Strength/Conditioning/Nutrition program to be updated monthly. 
    Initial session is 2 hours (1 hour consult immediately followed by a 1 hour training session)
    – Followed by 1 private training session, per month for the next 5 months. 
     
     
    1 year training and nutrition program
    $1500
    – 13 hours “one on one”
    – Strength/Conditioning/Nutrition program to be updated monthly. 
    Initial session is 2 hours (1 hour consult immediately followed by a 1 hour training session)
    – Followed by 1 private training session, per month for the next 11 months.

     

  • *up to 20 members per team
    1/week =     $150/session
    2-3/week = $125/session
    4+/week =   $100/session 
  • Up to 2 HOURS of information with Q&A
